February 28, 2012 -- 5:00 - 7:30 pm
Chimy's and Foch Street Warehouses -- 1053 Foch Street

Presidio Interests is redeveloping the third and final building of the Foch Street Warehouses - 80,000 SF of industrial space built just after WWII - into a 52,000 SF flexible multi-use building.  It will house a wide variety of tenants including eclectic local restaurants, stylish clothing and home furnishing retailers, and office spaces for creative companies.  Andrew Blake and the rest of the development team will share their experiences; briefly walking us through the process starting with design on through financing to construction and leasing.  Following the presentation and Q&A, groups will tour Building 2 walking the site with professionals from the development team allowing additional opportunities for question and answer. For more details and to register, read on.
