Investing in History - Matt Mildren

The second spotlight event will be with Matt Mildren, a Fort Worth broker and investor, and partner with Tug Hill Real Estate Partners. In December of 2007, Matt helped acquire the historic Ashton Hotel, located in downtown Fort Worth, while working with Vintage Capital Partners. We will meet at the beautiful four-diamond boutique hotel on Thursday, April 20th to hear about its acquisition, opertation and renovation, as well as a number of other ventures occupying Matt's attention.
